My approach to counseling places an emphasis on the relationship between the client and therapist for the promotion of growth. I believe small changes in the way clients view themselves - and their own abilities to solve problems - will encourage solution-oriented patterns to reach future goals. My variety of professional trainings, along with a background in teaching yoga, allows me to incorporate evidence-based methods, while bringing a mindful, holistic approach to sessions.
My dedication to therapy comes from personal experience with medical and mental health related challenges. This has inspired my focus towards parental mental health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, medical related challenges, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ populations. I seek to provide a genuine, safe, confidential, and healing space for everyone.
